Refunds & Returns Policy

At Little Yardley Farm, we take enormous pride in the care, handling, and quality of every product we offer. Because our items are farm-fresh, perishable, and often custom-prepared, we are not able to offer refunds or returns once an order has been completed. Thank you for supporting a small family farm and understanding these limitations.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of eggs, live poultry, produce, and other farm goods, all sales are final.
Once an item has left our farm or designated pickup location, it cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Product Quality & Our Commitment
We work hard to ensure every order meets our quality standards. All products are carefully collected, packaged, and inspected before they reach you.
If something appears incorrect or you have concerns about your order, please contact us right away. While refunds cannot be issued, we will always do our best to address issues fairly and within reason.
3. Order Accuracy
Before placing an order, please double-check:
Quantities
Selected product options (such as washed vs. unwashed eggs)
Pickup date and time
We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for order mistakes, missed pickups, or changes of mind after the purchase is completed.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible.
If preparation has not yet begun: We may be able to cancel the order.
If products have already been gathered, prepared, or packaged: Refunds are not available.
We always try to be flexible when possible — communication is key.
