How This Pre-Order Works

Jumbo White Quail chicks are hatched specifically for your order. Once your order is placed and paid for, eggs are set and incubated in preparation for hatch.

Pre-order process:

1. Order is placed and paid in full

2. Eggs are set specifically for your order

3. Eggs incubate and hatch

4. Chicks are prepared for pickup

Expected timeline: approximately 4–6 weeks from purchase

Please note that larger orders may require additional incubation space and batching, which can affect the timeline.

Order Quantity Requirements

• Minimum order: 6 chicks

• Maximum order: 40 chicks per order

These limits help ensure proper incubation planning and healthy hatch management.

Customer Notifications & Updates

Customers will receive email updates at key stages of the process:

• When eggs have been set for your order

• Approximately 3–4 days before hatch

• When chicks are ready for pickup

We believe in keeping our customers informed throughout the process.

Pre-Order & Refund Policy

Jumbo White Quail chicks are a non-refundable pre-order item. Once eggs have been set for your order, the purchase cannot be canceled or refunded due to the live-animal and biological nature of incubation.

Refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of Little Yardley Farm in rare circumstances such as:

• Incubation failure or hatch loss that prevents fulfillment

• Events beyond our control, including equipment failure or natural disasters

• Situations where we are unable to fulfill the order within a reasonable timeframe

In these cases, customers may be offered a refund, store credit, or transfer to a future hatch batch.

Using a pre-order system allows us to responsibly manage incubation space and ensure each order receives proper care. Eggs are set specifically for customer orders, which helps us maintain healthy hatches and realistic timelines while reducing stress on birds and equipment.
