French Black Copper Marans Day-Old Chicks
French Black Copper Marans are a distinctive French chicken breed prized for their beautiful appearance and famously dark brown eggs. Their rich black plumage with copper accents makes them an attractive choice for backyard flock owners, homesteaders, and poultry enthusiasts looking for something beyond the more common breeds.
French Black Copper Marans hens are known for laying dark brown eggs, though individual egg color and shade can vary. The breed combines striking appearance with useful dual-purpose qualities and makes a distinctive addition to a mixed flock.
