Description
White Leghorn Day-Old Chicks
White Leghorns are a lightweight, active chicken breed best known for their excellent egg production and efficient feed use. They are a strong choice for backyard flock owners and homesteaders looking for productive birds that mature relatively quickly.
White Leghorn hens lay white eggs and are known for being alert, energetic birds and capable foragers. Their lighter body size and active nature make them quite different from heavier dual-purpose breeds.
Our White Leghorn chicks are sold straight-run, meaning chicks are not sexed and may be male or female.
